Attorneys for embattled Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton are laying out their defense in a series of newly-filed court papers. He's being impeached on allegations he used the power of his office to help a political donor. The filings call some of the reasons "vague" and others "fantastical." And they suggest that the impeachment is trying to overturn the vote of the people. Paxton won a third term in office by ten points.
