The first group of migrants bused from Texas to California are now in Los Angeles. Gov. Greg Abbott announced Wednesday that the migrants had been dropped off at Union Station in the evening. Abbott said Los Angeles is a "self-declared sanctuary city," much better equipped to welcome the thousands of people illegally crossing the border than the overwhelmed small border towns of Texas. The governor blamed the situation on "President Biden's refusal to secure the border."
