New Study Suggests Eggs Are Good For The Heart

A new study suggests eating eggs may be good for the heart. According to the journal Nutrients, eating one to three eggs each week could reduce the likelihood of cardiovascular disease by 60-percent. People who ate four to seven eggs cut the risk of heart disease by 75-percent. The study was conducted with more than three-thousand healthy folks in Greece.
