Governor Greg Abbott says Texas is getting ready for another large caravan of migrants on the way to the southern U.S. border. The governor tweeted a video on Monday saying the Texas National Guard and state troopers are working together to close off surge locations and arrest foreign trespassers. In response to a request from the Pentagon, South Dakota is deploying 125 of its National Guard members to the border. They'll stay at the border for the next nine to 12 months.
