Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's office says it plans to appeal a court's ruling that allows the San Antonio ISD's vaccine mandate to stand. The 45th Civil District Court on Friday denied Paxton's efforts to obtain a temporary injunction striking down the district's vaccine mandate for staff members. Paxton sued the district last month for violating Gov. Greg Abbott's executive order that bars local government entities from requiring vaccines. Paxton's office says it will appeal the court's decision to the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals
