Masks Now Optional For Fully Vaccinated At City Facilities

The city of San Antonio no longer requires masks or social distancing for fully vaccinated staff members and clients at city facilities. As of Monday, these pandemic measures are optional instead of mandatory. The city made the change in policy after the CDC last Thursday announced new guidelines for fully vaccinated people. The city will discontinue temperature checks at the entrances to every city facility. But officials say anybody experiencing symptoms shouldn't try to enter city facilities.
