Texas gas prices are still rising. AAA Texas says the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded is $2.64, seven cents more than last week. It's also 71-cents more than this time last year when the coronavirus pandemic first made its way to the U.S. AAA Texas notes prices are rising despite lower demand and stabilized crude oil prices.
