One Of Two Brothers Wanted For Shooting Cop May Be In Custody In Mexico

One of the two brothers suspected of shooting a Balcones Heights police officer may be in custody in Mexico. The suspects, 27-year-old Wilfredo Montemayor and 30-year-old Sijifredo Montemayor, are charged with attempted capital murder. They're accused in Wednesday's shooting of Sgt. Joey Sepulveda. Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar announced on Thursday night that Sijifredo Montemayor may be in the custody of Tamaulipas State Police. He says the Mexican state police weren't cooperative on Thursday, and he'll try to get more information from them today.
