Defeated Williamson County Sheriff Sues Winner, Claiming Election Fraud

Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody is suing the man who defeated his reelection bid, claiming election fraud. The lawsuit against Mike Gleason says a glitch caused voters in Leander to be given the wrong ballots on Election Day. It also claims Gleason and his wife stood within Wi-Fi range of one of Leander's polling places for most of Election Day. An affidavit included with the lawsuit says Gleason's wife is the director of the Williamson County Enterprise Applications Division and has complete access to the voting machine software.
