Police are investigating after a man was shot in the face in a home recording studio on the city's Southwest Side. Officers responded to the shooting at a home on Ghost Hawk Drive on Wednesday night. The victim and the suspect were apparently working on a music project in a recording studio in a building behind the house. Witnesses heard the gunshot, but didn't see the suspect before he ran away. The victim, a man in his 40s, was taken to a local hospital with a life-threatening wound.
