A massive fire destroyed a San Antonio apartment complex last night. The blaze broke out at about 9 p.m. at the Altitude Apartment Homes in the 5200 block of Fredericksburg Road at Callaghan.
Flames were shooting through the roof of the complex when firefighters arrived. It took several hours for firefighters to get the fire under control and out. The complex housed 12 units and all were a loss.
No one was injured. The Red Cross was brought in to assist the victims.
