Man Shot In "Targeted-Attack" At The Rim Shopping Center

Police say the man driving a car that was riddled with bullets during a "targeted-attack" at The Rim Shopping Center has died. 26-year-old Savawn Kyle had been hospitalized since the attack and had undergone several surgeries. Police say he was driving through The Rim when someone in another car opened fire, firing multiple shots. The man's 8-year-old son was in the car at the time, but was not injured. The suspect vehicle fled the scene and is being sought. The street and parking area near the shooting was closed, but nearby restaurants remained open during the investigation.

San Antonio police say a man was shot while in his car at The Rim Shopping Center late Sunday morning. Someone in another car opened fire on the victim's Porsche, firing multiple shots. The man's 8-year-old son was in the car at the time, but was not injured. The suspect vehicle fled the scene and is being sought. The victim is said to be in critical condition.

The street and parking area near the shooting was closed, but nearby restaurants remained open during the investigation.
