San Antonio police say an apparent homeless man is in critical condition after being hit by a pickup truck on the city's south side overnight.
The accident happened just before midnight on South New Braunfels Avenue and Lasses Boulevard.
Police said the driver told them he never saw the man. The victim was rushed to SAAMC with head injuries and is in critical condition.
