Court Bars Maleah Davis's Mom And Stepdad From Contact With Their Kids

A court order now bans Maleah Davis's mother and stepfather from having contact with any of their children. If Maleah is found alive, she'll be placed in the care of her paternal aunt, who already has custody of Maleah's older brother. The court also ordered Maleah's younger half-brother to stay with his paternal grandmother. The order was issued during an emergency hearing on Wednesday morning. Police say Maleah's stepfather, 26-year-old Derion Vence, is a person of interest in her disappearance.
