A 33 year old man is under arrest for allegedly taking 'upskirt' photographs of a female customer at the New Braunfels nail salon where he works, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police say Aiden Nguyen, 33, was busted by another customer who saw him taking the photographs at Ellie's Nail and Spa on State Highway 46.
Police arrived and found photographs on Nguyen's phone which included shots taken up the woman's skirt.
He was arrested without incident and is held in at the Comal County Jail on charges of Invasive Visual Photography, which is a state jail felony.
Bond has not been set.
