Man Facing Charges in Movie Theater Disturbance

A 55 year old man is facing charges of making terroristic threats following a disturbance at the Regal Cinemas theaters at 10 and Huebner last night, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

Police say 55 year old Jeffrey Blaine Jost made threats inside the theater, prompting many patrons to run outside, and some to claim shots had been fired.

Police say the subdued Jost and found no evidence he was armed, or that any shots had been fired.

Jost is facing multiple charges, including resisting arrest, attempted harassment, and making terroristic threats.  He is held on bonds totalling $115,000.

Police say he is hospitalized for observation.
