Rockets Bounce T'wolves In Game Five To Move On

The Rockets are heading to the Western Conference semifinals for the third time in four years. Houston outscored the Timberwolves by 22 in the second half  to pull away for a 122-104 win at the Toyota Center in Game Five of  their first-round series.  The Rockets won the best-of-seven matchup, 4-1.  James Harden put up 24 points and  12 assists, while Clint Capela had 26 points and 15 rebounds.  Houston  awaits the winner of the Jazz-Thunder series.  Karl-Anthony Towns  totaled 23 points and 14 boards in the season-ending defeat.  It was  Minnesota's first playoff appearance since 2003-04.
