Rangers

Shin-Soo Choo smacked a two-run homer in the ninth inning as the Rangers doubled up the Athletics 6-3 in  Oakland.  Rougned Odor and Drew Robinson singled in runs in a four-run  second inning to put Texas in command.  Martin Perez allowed three runs  over five-and-a-third innings to pick up the win as the Rangers earned a  split of the four-game series.  Keone Kela closed it out for his second  save.  Jed Lowrie had three hits and an RBI for the A's.  Daniel  Mengden yielded four runs in five-and-a-third frames to fall to  0-and-2.  Both teams are now 3-and-5.
