A woman was killed overnight when she lost control of her car on rain-slicked Loop 410 and was hit from behind by an oncoming vehicle, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
It happened near the Ingram Rd exit on the northwest side.
Police say a 20 year old woman began skidding on the wet pavement, sliding into the next lane where she was hit by an oncoming car.
That pushed her off the road where her car rolled over.
She was removed from the car and rushed to the hospital, where she died.
The driver of the other car was not hurt.
