Arrests Made In Barcelona Attack

The regional president of Catalonia says two people have been arrested following the deadly terrorist attack in Barcelona, Spain.  At least 13 people were killed and dozens more hurt when a van plowed through a crowd in the popular tourist area of Las Ramblas.  Spanish media has also reported that another suspect was killed in a shootout after the attack.  Spanish media has identified one of the suspects in custody as Driss Oukabir, but police have not confirmed that identification.
