The New England Patriots are headed to the AFC Championship Game. Tom Brady threw two touchdown passes and Dion Lewis returned a kickoff 98 yards for a score as the Pats beat the Houston Texans 34-16 in a Divisional Round game at Gillette Stadium. New England will host either the Kansas City Chiefs or Pittsburgh Steelers in the conference title game next Sunday. The Chiefs and Steelers meet in the Divisional Round tomorrow in KC.
