Police said today that a 34 year old man who was shot to death on the sixth floor of the Grand Hyatt Hotel downtown on Saturday had been banging on doors and screaming that he was 'looking for someone to kill!,' Newsradio 1200 WOAI reports.

Detectives said today that Moises Torres was suffering from 'mental issues recently.'

Police say after getting doors slammed in his face, Torres finally made it to the room of John Neal, 41, and officials say while a woman in Neal's room was calling security, Torres charges at Neal.

Neal pulled his legally carried handgun and fired one shot, killing Torres instantly.

Detectives say no charges will be filed.
